Carrie Spielman

Carrie Spielman has a significant and accomplished record of excellence in the real estate industry. Carrie initially worked in real estate between 2002 and 2010. She was awarded Top Sales agent, assisting in sales exceeding $2.4 MM in real estate transactions within her first 12 months in the industry.

Carrie was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio and moved to Columbus in 1990 and is a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University. Post-graduation, Carrie worked as an Operations Planner at Bath & Body Works in Columbus, Ohio, and later was a Strategic Investment Analyst at Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio. In 2011 she met her husband, Chris, and decided to take a break from real estate to help him with his business and also focus on the needs of a new blended family. Carrie and Chris married in 2013 and she went from being a single mom of two daughters to step mom to four additional children. Carrie took on this new challenge with confidence, having come from a family of eight children herself. She loves and welcomes what she lovingly refers to as 'controlled chaos.'

Carrie has always had a passion for fitness and was a personal trainer for 25 years, as well as a fitness and multi-sport competitor. She loves being able to serve her community by supporting the Stefanie Spielman Fund through fundraising and event hosting. Her love of children doesn’t stop with the ones in her home. She began volunteering at Children’s Hospital so she could help the staff by holding premature infants. She also volunteers to mentor homeless youth of Columbus. Carrie loves the real estate business! She has personally bought eight homes in her lifetime and sold seven of them. She understands firsthand the personal nature of such a large business transaction. Family life has changed over the past couple of years for Carrie. The children are either married, working and living on their own, in college, or graduating high school in the next couple of years. It’s time for Carrie to return to the industry she loves.
